Waste management by building type in the City of Brossard

The City of Brossard has mandated Stratzer to define its waste management strategy according to the types of buildings found on its territory. First, an analysis of ten types of residential buildings was carried out, notably on the field. This analysis allowed the definition of different scenarios for the implementation of the collection of organics as well as best practices. Then, Stratzer accompanied the City in the supervision of waste management in dense housing complexes such as multi-unit buildings. Several recommendations were issued to the City, notably regarding municipal by-laws, collection services and internal management.
