Optimization and merger of Cominar's call for tenders for waste collections
Cominar, the real estate manager, was looking to control its collection costs for over 150 buildings in Quebec and Ontario. By calling upon Stratzer, Cominar received the necessary support to analyze the current collection contracts for each site and to coordinate the bidding process. This process includes, among other things, the drafting of specifications, the analysis of bids and the answers provided to biddersâ questions. In addition to enabling Cominar to reduce its costs, the process highlighted other opportunities for savings or service optimization, such as using the municipal collection service at certain locations.
