Feasibility study for the creation of a cultural reuse center
Stratzer was mandated to explore an innovative concept: the cultural ‘Resourcery’ or reuse center. It is a place where different items can be brought to be reused in new cultural and artistic productions. The Resourcery alleviates the shortage of supply in materials as well as the financial precariousness of cultural organizations. Stratzer has studied this concept elsewhere in the world, including New York and France. A survey was conducted through the members of cultural councils to identify the needs in a precise way, and then an evaluation of the deposit was made. The cultural Resourcery launched its operations in 2021.
