In order to improve performance, Stratzer carries out the continuous sorting of waste at the food court of the Montreal World Trade Center (‘Centre de commerce mondial’). In addition to improving the waste recovery, the sorting activities allow Stratzer to train the cleaning staff and deploy awareness measures for the food court’s clientele.
