Waste management planning for a major real estate project

The promoters of the Royalmount real estate development, which will include more than 60,000 m² of retail space, 20,000 m² of restaurants and a 250-room hotel, must plan the waste collections and required storage spaces in their towers. To avoid recurring problems, Carbonleo asked Stratzer to estimate the quantities of waste to be managed at each of the three docks on the site. Based on the projected surface area statistics by type of use and a thorough review of the design plans, Stratzer proposed four possible management scenarios, with their advantages and inconveniences. This allowed the property manager to make an informed decision based on needs.
