Analysis and diagnosis for clean commercial streets
During the redevelopment works of the Plaza Saint-Hubert, in the Rosemont-La Petite Patrie borough of Montreal, Stratzer examined the issue of waste management in the streets and alleys of this commercial sector. An important data collection took place with meetings with stakeholders, interviews with residents and merchants as well as the review of complaints. A field visit and waste audits allowed us to precisely document the nature and location of the cleanliness issues. Various proposals were put forward concerning collection equipment, collection schedules, joint collection services for IC&I and support for businessesâ waste management.
