Improving waste Management in Chapais
Stratzer made a portrait of the waste management of this small northern municipality and developed optimization scenarios for waste collections and the transfer station (eco-center). Moreover, the scope of intermunicipal management or autonomy desired by Chapais made it possible to modulate the basic scenarios. Stratzer then designed an action plan, including budget estimates, for the implementation of the collection, transportation and treatment of organics as well as for the optimization of the transfer station.
