Review of joint call for tenders for waste collection and transportation services
Small municipalities may encounter difficulties in controlling the quality and costs of their waste collection, transportation and processing services. This is why Stratzer has accompanied nine municipalities of the Centre-du-Québec region in the preparation of a common call for tenders for these services. The tender included, for the first time, the collection of organics in brown bins. In addition to the drafting of the tender specifications, the project included the development of an intermunicipal agreement covering the nine municipalities.
