Our Story
Founded in 1997, Chamard was acquired by Francis Fortin, its current CEO, in 2012. Six years later, the company merged with NI Corporation’s Consulting Services Division to strengthen their respective areas of expertise. Designated as Stratzer since 2021, the firm is now the leader in waste management consulting services in Quebec.
Over the years, the company has built a solid expertise in waste management in the municipal sector as well as for industrial, commercial and institutional (IC&I) establishments. This is also the case for the construction and demolition (C&D) sector. Our projects and our clients make up the entire value chain of residual materials in Quebec and other provinces. This overview of components, stakeholders and issues gives Stratzer a privileged positioning and an outstanding expertise in waste management.
